Biography of an Australian Muslim
Ibrahim Dellal is a leading Muslim figure and key person in Muslim history in post-WWII Australia. Born in Cyprus in 1932, Ibrahim established or helped establish many religious, educational, and cultural organizations, holding major roles in each since he moved to Australia in 1950. This book is a biographical work on the fascinating life of a person who devoted himself to community service and interfaith dialogue. Dr. Salih Yucel is a lecturer in the Centre for Studies in Religion and Theology at Monash University, Australia. His Current research is about “Memories of early Muslim immigrants in Australia.”
He is also a consultant to the Australian Intercultural Society and working on research about how dialogue can be promoted between Muslims and non-Muslims.
